What we say and what we do can be two entirely different things.

Most of how consumers really feel about the products and services they use is accessible only through direct observation.  In other words the only way to get to the truth is to get personal.  Which is why we developed Witness.
 
Witness is our ethnographic research arm. Ethnography is essentially the study of people in their natural environments.
 
Witness focuses on individual and group behaviours in their natural environment on occasion and in situations where products are used and services are received. Nothing is assumed, nothing is hearsay and nothing is contrived.
 
Witness. It’s the 'warts and all’ honest truth.
